Violeta Charadzhieva

I joined Off to Work in 2010 as a casual team member whilst still at University and immediately discovered a passion for the events industry. I have worked at various high-class hospitality events, from the British Grand Prix and Hampton Court Flower Show to the prestigious Goodwood Festival of Speed and Revival, where I worked for clients such as Jaguar and Moet-Hennessy. I have also had the opportunity to take part in organising a number of press conferences and trade shows during my placement year at Panasonic UK.

After completing my degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations in July 2013, I became an Operations Assistant in Off to Work’s Birmingham office and have since been promoted to Senior Operations Manager. I am excited to be part of the vibrant Off to Work family and to be continuously providing amazing experiences to both our clients and casual team members.
