Our skilled chef brigade is rapidly expanding, with shift work in some of the most prestigious boutique hotels, restaurants and catering companies in the world. Our brigade is in high demand, with chefs of all levels from a range of fine dining, contract or event catering and Michelin & Rosette awarded establishments.

This year I had the great experience of working at the Buckingham Palace garden parties. I made great friendships with more OtW staff, saw the Queen amongst other amazing people. Certainly a once in a lifetime experience for me and I couldn’t do it without OtW.

Our brigade is so trusted by clients, that we occasionally have opportunities for international travel such as 50 chefs who worked at the Sochi Winter Olympics last year, and a hand-selected team of over 80 chefs who recently worked abroad at Baku in Azerbaijan!
Our interviews and practical chef assessments allow you to impress us with your skills and attitude and meet other chefs who want to join our growing team. They allow us to find out who you really are and in which kitchens you will thrive.

I like the option on hours/days of work and being able to pick when and where I work. It’s a great environment for someone not originally from the UK to meet people.
At the end of the day I can say to my family and friends things like: I've served royalty! I made some new friends today! I looked after David Semen today! Tom Kerridge tweeted a photo of me! Our manager took us out for drinks after we broke a record! I tried potato dauphinois made by a Michelin Star chef! I worked at Lords/Bloomsberg/Royal Ascot/etc today! The list really does go on!
Thank you for Baku 2015! It was a great chance and opportunity for me. I learned amazing things and developed new skills.
