Rachael Davies

I started my career within recruitment back in 2006, as a Resourcer. I loved matching the skill sets of candidates to client job descriptions, and I quickly established myself as the go-to person for sourcing the best talent in the market.

In 2008 I progressed to a Recruitment Consultant, then a Senior Consultant; the passion I have within the industry gave me the ability to forge strong relationships with clients and candidates.

I never step back from hard conversations and challenges, always ensuring that I achieve the best for everyone. 

Fun fact: I am a keen runner who is extremely competitive! Both my brother and I ran the Cardiff half marathon - all I cared about was beating his time, so much so that injured myself (but I still beat his time of 2 hours)... look out London marathon here I come! 

I am also a keen baker and would love to take part in the Great British Baking Off show, my lemon meringue pie is to die for.
