I came to England in 2020 as a full time international student. I was struggling to find any sort of reliable part-time work that would fit into my chaotic everyday schedule. A friend of mine referred me to Off To Work and that’s how my journey with the company began… I am still incredibly grateful to him introducing me to OTW!

As an international student, I was not allowed to work more than 20 hours a week. Soon after I started working across different locations and corporate events with Off To Work, I realised what an exceptionally amazing opportunity this was for any international student out there. I thoroughly enjoyed my shifts and made some great friends along the way. Before I knew it, the clients wanted me back for their next events. They had complete faith in me. They wanted me for all of their events, and this was undoubtably the most rewarding part of my job.

I referred quite a few of my friends and acquaintances to sign up for casual work at Off To Work. It felt amazing to see people I know having a great time on shift and enjoying all the perks of working at some of the country’s biggest events.

In 2023, I became a permanent member of team Off To Work, and from this point, it was no longer just a company that I work for. It became so much more than that. I can’t wait to explore and discover where this job will take me next and what it has in store for me.

When not working hard for Off to Work, you will likely find me in the kitchen. I am always up for desserts and I am a great cook! Food is my middle name and there are almost never dull moments with me.
