With over fourteen years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have a proven track record of success in managing teams and developing colleagues. Beginning my career as a college student, working in hospitality to support my studies and personal development, I quickly fell in love with the pace and energy of the industry.

I then transitioned into management, leading teams at the newly opened Intercontinental 02 and then moving over to B&I to support prestigious companies such a Bloomberg and Burberry.

I was thrilled to take on the role of Hotel Operations Manager at Off To Work. My previous experience working closely with hotels and staffing agencies has given me a unique perspective, along with the skills necessary to create lasting, supportive relationships with our clients.
