Jesse Pincombe

Originally from Somerset, I trained in musical theatre through college and university and always had a job in hospitality to supplement my studies. From cinemas to small businesses and large chains, I’ve done it all. 

When I first moved to London, I was lucky enough to find Off to Work. It’s the perfect job for someone trying to find their feet in the big city. I always had consistent work and got to work at the best venues and for the most amazing clients. Of course, covid brought an end to this…

After covid, however, I realised I had to get back into work. I saw an advert for a recruitment assistant role and was lucky enough to get the job.  

I now get to meet all the new team members in the assessment days and share my knowledge and skills with them to maintain the standards of Off to work, which I find very rewarding.  

Fun fact: I was vice captain of my university cheerleading team and have a national bronze medal.
