Holly Sage

I began working in hospitality at the age of 15, working in the kitchen of a quiet country pub in Kent. I covered a variety of different roles there from waitress to kitchen assistant before being trained on the bar at 18. I moved to Cardiff to study biology at Cardiff University, where I fell in love with the city and slightly out of love with the subject… However, I stuck with it graduating in July 2017 with a 2:1.

In my final year, I realised that my student loan wasn’t quite supporting my make-up addiction so decided to join Off to Work as a casual team member in September 2016. It was here that my passion for hospitality really grew, and I loved the nature of fast-paced shifts such as the rugby and of course the Champions League.
 
In August 2017 I became a coach and in January 2018 became a recruitment and operational assistant. I’m looking forward to seeing what the new year brings as well as learning a lot of new skills!
