My hospitality career began after moving to London from a small village in South Wales to study a BSc. I got a part time job to support my studies and started working at the Michelin starred Barrafina, home of some of the best tapas and an outlandish service style, which really opened my eyes to the opportunities within the industry.

I then moved on to The River Café, where I managed the reception and host team. My most memorable moment there was receiving an expired £20 note as a tip from Harrison Ford!

After learning all I could at The River Café, I moved on to Soho House & Co, at the Ned, a 5-star hotel and members club, to manage the members relations team.

My experience serving high profile clientele and always ensuring impeccable customer service resulted in me being selected for the role of Platinum Manager at Off to Work. In my time with Off to Work, I have had the privilege of working at 10 Downing Street, Windsor Castle, and many more prestigious venues… And I cannot wait for what else is in store.
