Monday to Friday only

Off To Work and our client are looking for an Staff Dining Assistant Manager who have high volume retail experience to join the team to run a busy operation.

As the Staff Dining Assistant Manager, you will be supporting with the management of around 15 team members, enabling them to provide speedy yet excellent service.

Main Responsibilities:

* To support the Restaurant Manager to ensure that all the restaurant standards, administration, payroll, cash control, stock control and security procedures are accurate and in accordance with company policies and procedures
* To continually strive to offer new food trends and ideas with the overall purpose of developing exciting menus and ensuring that the unit is continually offering new products.
* To support the Restaurant Manager to ensure recruitment, induction, training, promotion, performance management, development and discipline of all employees occurs in the units.
