Sous Chef - Healthcare - No late evenings

Who are you?
You are a confident Sous Chef with a 'can do' attitude. You take responsibility for the quality of each dish served. You are a foodie, you are passionate and you understand that doing the little things well can mean everything.

What is the role like?
As Sous Chef, you will be assisting with menu development and you must have the confidence to run service for the kitchen operation in the absence of the Head Chef. You will be involved in ordering, stock control, people management and development and the ability to encourage and inspire all junior staff.

What Skills do you need?
As a Sous Chef you will demonstrate creative flair, nutritional understanding and leadership skills, combined with a genuine interest in team's development. You will be using the best produce available within set budgets. You have a passion for delivering high quality food and delight palates!
You must be able to work well under pressure, always wear a smile and interact well with residents.
