Retail Operations Manager - Contract Catering

Off to Work are assisting in the recruitment of a creative and energetic Retail Operations Manager for a market leading, national contract caterer operating in the B&I sector.

As the Retail Operations Manager, you will have a proven successful background in Contract Catering/Hospitality/Retail Catering.

• With your passion of leading people and ambition to deliver beyond expectation, your role will be to set stretching targets and lead a team of 25 staff to deliver a unique food & beverage experience to over 1500 people daily.
• Reporting directly into the General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and take control of the smooth running of this busy multi-outlet operations and ensure the Café, Restaurant and Retail are integral parts of the visitor experience.
• You'll lead, inspire your team and champion their development to drive standards whilst increasing both customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
• With complete accountability for your own P&L with turnover of circa £1.5 million, you will be able to deliver cost leadership, profitable growth and maximise profits.
• Through proactive approach to marketing & advertising and your extensive knowledge of merchandising new product lines, you will champion innovation and diversity to drive sales.
