Job Role - Pastry Chef
Location - Surrey
Sector - Private Members Club
Salary - £37,000-£40,000

An amazing opportunity to join an Exclusive Private members club in the heart of Surrey. You will head up a Pastry team of 3 and drive the business forward. This is a well known establishment and opportunities like this don't arise very often.

Working closely with the Exec Chef the Pastry Chef will be responsible for writing menu's for the restaurant service and also for functions and events. Usually serving between 40-50 covers for lunch and dinner and functions up to 250 max.

The Pastry Chef will need to be well experienced in all areas from Bread Making, to all fresh cakes and desserts. Currently there is no afternoon tea service and that is something the venue is looking to introduce, so a Pastry Chef with experience of producing afternoon tea will have a distinct advantage.

The ideal pastry chef will have a 2 Rosette level background or Private members club experience or even Michelin experience and be looking for a fresh challenge in a beautiful country setting.

You will work 5/7 days and be on a 48 hour contract, as well as a good basic salary there are numerous benefits included -
