Are you a Junior Sous Chef with lots of experience? Creative, excellent skills and want to keep developing your career? Then this is the job for you!

Our client: a truly British pub Group in London (Recently voted PUB of The Year), focusing on fresh food, creative ideas and a great time for every guest. As a Junior Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Head Chef (and run the kitchen when he's not around)so we need your experience to capably manage the small team. We love to have fun, but we're veryambitious:

  2. To become THE place to hang out with friends, amazing food, and a huge range of amazing drinks

... and you will be a key part of making it happen.

So, you're flexible with your rota, and up to 50 hours/week suits you perfectly - you're all about hard work, team work and your experience as a Junior Sous Chef means we know we can rely on you.

To succeed as Junior Sous Chef, you will:

  • Love everything British: It's wholesome, tasty, excellent Gastro pub food, served with style, and we want you input on ideas, new dishes, and how to keep improving what we do
  • Show us your passion: You just love everything about the kitchen - the buzz of service, working as a team, and the satisfaction of do everything really well
  • Learn every day: You're an experienced Junior Sous Chef but you know there's still a lot to learn, and you want to keep developing your career as fast as you can
  • Have a voice: We want your ideas! You have experience as a Junior Sous Chef, so we want to learn from you too. We're one team, and everyone counts.
  • The ideal Junior Sous Chef should come from a fresh food background working to a minimum of 1AA Rosette
  • Excellent knowledge of current food trends with experience in menu planning and food costing.
