Job Role: Head Chef - Retail Kitchen
Location: Central London
Sector: Contract Catering
Salary:£40,000 - £45,000 DOE


I have a great Head Chef opportunity available with a leading Contract Catering company based in central London. This role is primarily for the retail side of the business leading the staff dining operation. This is a Corporate B&I site and Head Chefs with previous Contract Catering experience would be ideal for this position.

You will lead a team of 6/7 in the kitchen and The Head Chef will need to be very hands on. You will cater for the restaurant as well as help on functions such as: Buffets, Canape's and sandwich lunches.

This is a very busy site so you will need previous Head Chef experience and have cooked for large numbers on a daily basis before. Menu planning and writing as well as full financial responsibility will be required.

Various Counters and offers are available so the Head Chef will need to be confident with current trends and what is hot on the high street to ensure maximum spend in the restaurant.
