Events Operations Manager - Events & Conference -

Central London

Salary up to £27K

Mainly Monday to Friday but some weekends work is to be expected due to the nature of the business

My client is one of London's Leading Catering Company operating and we are recruiting an experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated Events Operations Manager to manage and to overseeing all operational duties, ensuring excellence in all the events operations.

The club house, is a Grade 2 Listed building which offers from small syndicate workshops to major conferences, corporate celebrations, private dinner parties, birthdays and weddings.

Event spaces are with the largest accommodating up to 300 guests whilst others seat between 2 and 50 people. I am looking to speak with Operation Event Manager who have experience of both internal and external event planning and delivery and who have the drive and initiative to make this venue a roaring success.

The Operation Event Manager will manage and oversee all operational duties, ensuring excellence in all the hospitality & event operations.

The role is very hands-on and required a true professional with excellent organization skills and great leadership.

I am looking for individuals who are innovative and can bring in innovative ideas and who are enthusiastic about developing with the company as they grow.

Self-motivation and a positive spirit are essential!

You will have real pride & passion for delivering high quality service.

Must have background for the Operation Event Manager role:

• Experience in leading events for up to 500 guests
• Have worked for a selection of similar venues or leading ODCs
• Strong F&B management skills, both front and back of house
• Ability to make quick decisions and relay with confidence to all relevant teams
• Attentions for details, and, most importantly, providing our customers with a quality experience
