We are looking for an experienced Chef Manager to take on the challenge at this college based in South West London. You will be catering for around 40 people for Breakfast / Lunch /Dinner. This is an ideal opportunity for someone to make this unit their own.

The Chef Manager will be responsible for a small team of 5 and lead and motivate and train the team so standards are constantly maintained. This is a 7 day operation so flexibility will be required. Although mainly a Monday to Friday role there will be occasional weekend cover required. During holiday periods things will quieten down as well.

Ideal Candidate -

• Must hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate, applications without cannot be considered
• Have previous Chef Manager experience
• Be IT Literate and have good management skills
• Up to date with all food trends and allergen information as this is vital for school catering
