My client is a is a leading Contract Caterer and an exciting opportunity become available to join one of it's flagship sites based in the City looking for a Chef de Partie for the Fine Dining Kitchen. The kitchen will be brand new with all the latest equipment you will need.
This is a Monday to Friday role and is based on 40 hours per week. You will be required to work some evenings as there is an evening service. The Chef de Partie must be flexible as this is a very busy operation.
The Chef de Partie will be working within a great team producing Fine Dining lunches and dinners. As well as for the hospitality offering, this will include: Buffets, Canape's, Sandwiches, Bowl Food and breakfasts
You will be producing very high quality food and should have previous fine dining experience either in Rosette level restaurants or Fine Dining contract catering kitchens.
