Role: Catering Supervisor

Salary: £23,000 per year - Parking available on site as well.

Hours: 5 out of 7 days

Location: Brighton

We are looking for an experienced and very customer focused Catering Supervisor for this lovely client based in Brighton. This is a Contract Catering site where you will be required to work 5 out of 7 days as they operate over the weekends. The hours will be between 8am to 4pm but flexibility will be required with the opportunity to assist with occasional evening events as well.

The Catering Supervisor will be working closely with the Catering Manager to ensure all front of house operations are running smoothly and to the highest standards possible. Ideally you will have gained experience in a 5* Hotel environment as the client is looking to take the site to this level.

You must have excellent presentation and have a focus for food standards and service. You will be the welcoming face for guest and residents so you must have excellent communication skills and a very outgoing personality.

The Catering Supervisor could have Contract Catering experience or supervisory experience gained in a high-end Hotel environment.

Catering Supervisor Duties:
- Cater for Residents, Visitors, Day Guests and staff onsite
- Brief all staff on service standards and day to day roles and responsibilities
- Serve up to 100 guests for breakfast / lunch / dinner
