Our course portfolio includes online and blended training courses covering compliance subjects like Food Safety, Health and Safety, Fire Safety, First Aid and Licensing, as well as key operational training such as Customer Service. Skills Assessments

Based on our experience in successfully providing high quality staffing solutions to the most demanding clients and our passion to provide an excellent experience and elevate the levels of service in the industry, we have crafted our Assessment Days. Whatever their role or level of experience, every member of our casual team undergo our rigorous, best-in-class assessment programme.

Our thorough vetting processes assess personal interaction, attitude, and ability to understand instructions. Friendly and supportive interview & assessments are carried out by industry professionals with years of practical experience at the highest level of hospitality.

What we look for:

Our experienced Assessors look for the inherent personal attributes that we strive for in our team, assessing grooming, charisma and professionalism throughout the day while leading by example. It is our commitment to these details which ensure your confidence in consistently excellent staff.

Regardless of which role they’ll undertake, every team member is checked on the initial assessment day to ensure they know the essentials of Food Hygiene, Allergens Legislation, Manual Handling, fundamentals of Health & Safety and COSHH.

Soft skills and development training

People are the most valuable asset in each business. We aim to enable ours and yours to develop their skills and progress with their roles.
We have designed team leader, hospitality assistant, basic barista and fine dining short courses and workshops where attendees are introduced to the fundamental aspects of each skillset, both on a theoretical and practical level. Depending on their performance during the training sessions, our team members will be given the opportunity to apply and improve upon what they learned on appropriate job roles.
We keep increasing the range of development courses available driven by the needs of our clients, whom themselves have also opted for the same training solution for their team.


Bespoke Training

We will work with you to design and deliver a tailored, modular training for any hospitality requirement based around your standard operating procedures.
Our Training Academy successfully creates and delivers bespoke training courses, working to detailed briefs, venue specifics, and core branding, as well as advanced or uncommon technical skills. We regularly deliver a full range of accredited and soft skills courses with our training teams travelling directly to our clients.
