A hospitality professional with 20 years + experience of Managing flagship venues for multiple London & international Restaurant, Bar, Hotel & Leisure Operators. (including le Restaurant de Paul- Paul bakery’s first full service restaurant in the UK, The Fire Station Waterloo for Marstons, multi site for city based Drake & Morgan, Sports Cafe Cape Town, Animal Opera House Johannesburg, Byron Hamburger Restaurants & multiple independently owned projects)
Former owner of a multi site gastropub company, I have vast experience of operating, managing and designing solutions for my own & multi stake holder businesses.
Having started life as a casual worker for Off to Work in 2005 between other projects, I have managed areas, events & whole international deployments in London, Scotland, Paris, Wales, South Africa & Turkmenistan to name a few.
Currently consulting, providing teams & bespoking deployment tech to our partners- wherever they may be around the globe.
