I joined Off to Work in April 2015 on a casual basis. I had recently moved to Twickenham from the beautiful rolling hills of the Cotswolds. I had worked in a variety of high end hotels, restaurants & cafés. I had a vast experience as I had worked my way up from a kitchen porter to group operations manager. However I wanted to see what London could offer me. I was not disappointed after joining Off to Work! 

My first event was at the Royal Airforce Museum and I loved it. I then worked at some of the best events in the UK such as Royal Ascot, The Brit Awards and my personal favourite, Goodwood Revival. With my previous experience I have always felt at home in restaurants and hotels, so I also worked at beautiful and high quality hotels such as Coworth Park, Cliveden House & Wokefield Estate. Not only this but I was also fortunate to be offered the opportunity to work at an international event in Turkmenistan where I was the catering manager for the main indoor arena of The 5th Asian Indoor & Martial Arts Games. The experience was incredible and something I will never forget.  All of this has enabled me to work along some of the best people in the industry and working at the most amazing venues. I also picked up Start of the week for 3 consecutive weeks in a row.

In my Picture is a racing drone - a 5-inch quadcopter weighing at 280g with F4 flight controller, 2206 brushless motors…but I will stop there before I bore you!  In my spare time I like to build them and then “try” to race them through pop up gates in Richmond Park, before crashing them into the ground starting the process all over again!
