I joined Off to Work in 2013 as a casual team member, during the crazy period of Christmas, having just come back to the UK after travelling around the World. Having worked in the industry for countless years, running restaurants, bars and nightclubs, I quickly transitioned into a pivotal part of the Birmingham team. My experience was further utilised in recruitment and training new team members.
Eventually, I took up the mantle of Recruitment manager before progressing into my current role of Field Operations Manager. This allows me to not only train and nurture new team members but also be involved in the planning and managerial side of events. I have also worked for various clients such as Sodexo Prestige at the British Open Golf Championship, and Amadeus at the Aegon International Tennis Championship.
I am very excited about what the future may hold, both for me and our clients.
