Kate Ranaboldo

From a young age, I always loved helping my parents with their parties. Moving on from that, I started working with an event caterer at 16 for 5 years, during the holidays, working my way up from a waitress to an event manager. At university, I studied photography and would often be out at events. This exposure sparked a real passion for events. 

After university (and a year out doing a ski season at a high-end chalet in France), I applied for an Operations Assistant role with Off to Work. I had heard amazing stories from a close friend who had worked with them as a casual team member. After 6 months in London HQ, I moved to Richmond to work in our newly opened office, delivering to the home counties and working on fantastic large events such as the PGA Golf Championships and Royal Windsor Horse Show. More recently, I have moved back to the HQ and now oversee the wonderful London event caterers as the Head of Events. 

I have been very lucky to work with such amazing clients across London and the Home Counties, at some of the most prestigious venues. Most recently, I worked with a client at Windsor Castle, where King Charles was present, along with other royal family members. 

My personal passion is Cross-Fit. On the weekends and in the evenings, you will find me slinging barbells around in service of this. I have recently decided to try my hand at competitions, and have entered my first “pairs” competition.
