Ezra Simms

With over eight years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have built a successful career starting as a fresh-faced recruit at Off to Work in 2015. My passion for the industry quickly became apparent as I quickly progressed through the ranks, becoming a Staffing Assistant in the London office just a year later. In 2023, I am now the Head of Staffing.

Throughout my journey, I have acquired a deep understanding of the industry, which has helped me develop a unique and empathetic approach to both our team members and clients. My time in the field has allowed me to appreciate the importance of mentorship and support, which is why I make it a priority to ensure that all of our team members have someone they can rely on for guidance and support.

I am driven by seeing our team members progress and grow, just as I have throughout my career. My ultimate goal is to provide them with the support and resources they need to be as content and successful as possible.
