My hospitality career started when I was 14 and at school, working in the local village pub as a waitress part-time. It was from there that I progressed into bartending before moving into event catering. During this time I worked at many weddings as a supervisor around Nottinghamshire, my home town.
When I turned 18, I took the plunge and moved to the city to attend drama training at LAMDA – a big change from my village life (where are the fields?!). After completing my course in April 2017, I joined Off to Work as a casual team member, returning to my hospitality roots and working in some very exciting venues and events including Lord’s, Ascot and the Science Museum. I joined the office casually as a recruitment coach in August 2017 and found that I loved it! I have now joined the recruitment team part-time as Central Support Assistant, as well as spending the other part of the week recruiting.
Theatre is my passion and I am a massive musical fan – I will happily sing in the office with my recruitment colleagues! As well as theatre I am a trained dancer, specialising in ballet. I am a self-confessed chocaholic and spend my evenings binge-watching TV. Plus, I love dogs!
