I have significant work experience in hospitality, gained progressively at various levels.  Prior to joining Off To Work, I was working as a Regional Trainer/Assessor which included training, delivery of learning and assessment in a number of sectors including Hospitality, Business, Customer Service, Supervision, Team Leading and Management.  I also have over 4 years of hospitality management experience.  My experience includes holding various roles for a Northern Ireland based group that operates a 5 star hotel, an Italian restaurant chain and various other bars and restaurants.  Within my time with this company I progressed from a Duty Manager role to Assistant Manager and finally a fully trained General Manager.  At this time I completed and passed my Level 3 NVQ Diploma & Award in Hospitality, Supervision and Leadership.  Whilst working as a Hospitality Trainer I achieved a Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA), Level 3 Award in Education & Training as well as refreshing my core skills by completing Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT.
