We're looking for a Team Engagement and Onboarding Supervisor to join our staffing team in London, and be responsible for our wonderful casual team and what they'll be getting up to.

You'll work closely with all our Heads of Sectors who are passionate about delivering the best possible service for our clients - and that's where you come in! Based within our London team, you will be fearless, whether you're talking to Team Members or Clients whilst using your initiative to place one with the other. Monday is your favourite day of the week and you are organised to within an inch of your life (you're going to have to be in this business, because we don't just go at a million miles an hour - we go faster!)

We will give you all the support and training you need to growandlearn within Off to work, because that's exactly what we want you to do!

You'll be:

• Developing an in-depth knowledge of the casual team members. You'll get to know everything from what holidays they have booked, their strongest skill, their favourite colour, and much more.
• Attending all our infamous assessment days to make sure you know your team before they've even started!
• Giving any dating app a run for their money as you're the matchmaker of the century - knowing your causal team like the back of your hand and knowing where they fit within the sectors.
• Constantly communicating with both clients and casual teams, letting them know about any changes or just making sure that everything is as it should be. No nasty surprises!
• A firm but fair mentor to the casual team - you'll be the first person they turn to with any queries or concerns, but you'll need to steer them in the right direction if they start to let standards slip
• Able to communicate confidently with our Recruitment and Operations team
• Flexible with your weekends and bank holidays (you get these back in lieu!) and though being "on call" isn't everyone's favourite thing in the world, you're happy to share the responsibility! #OneTeamOneDream
• An Admin Wizard, being able to prioritise your time in the field and in the office.
• No stranger to MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
