Team Alliance Manager - London

We at Off To Work are looking for a Team Alliance Manager who has a great work ethic, passion for events, hospitality, recruitment and experience of managing client accounts.

We need an individual who has excellent people management skills, fluent spoken and written English, drive and determination to succeed, creative and inspirational in their leadership style.

Key Requirements:

  • Recruit and manage Team Alliance team members, ensuring rotas are worked in accordance with their agreed hours and keeping clear and precise records of their hours
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of Team Alliance members to match them to our clients' requirements (across specialism and revenue streams), to introduce and develop both well-balanced, bespoke teams and capable 'stand-alone' team members for long-term bookings. Ensure a good mix of preferred/regular team members and newer team members to address succession planning and team growth
  • Have a fine-tuned eye to, and a great understanding of, all clients' demands and service needs
  • Manage cancellations, punctuality, Team Alliance discipline in a robust manner upholding OTW standards to ensure consistent delivery to clients
  • Correctively coach the team and proactively seek to deliver world class service through a great sense of urgency and foresight
  • Attend and assist with event quality checks to deliver immaculate well-groomed teams in line with client requirements and enforcing OTW's standards
  • Complete post event performance follow-ups and record positive and negative feedback on staff profiles within 24 hours of event
  • Comply with all appropriate company standards, including: professionalism, care, compliance and recording and storing policies

This is not a role for the faint hearted. As the Team Alliance Manager, you'll be a confident individual who is not afraid of using your own initiative. You'll be flexible and fired up about both admin and the management of your team. You will be working with our operations and client services teams in the office and then meeting and greeting clients onsite. The successful Team Alliance Manager will have attention to detail in abundance and will be excellent at multitasking. You'll provide nothing but perfection, even under pressure! You don't have to be an expert as training will be provided - but your enthusiasm and common sense must make up for what you don't already have in experience! Ideally you will have had experience working in events and recruitment and understand the importance to successfully manage and prioritise.

The Team Alliance Manager will be required to work 40 hours per week and this will include a lot of weekends.
