Job Role - Sous Chef
Location - City
Sector - Contract Catering
Salary - £27,500 to £28,000


We have a great opportunity for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef based in an International Law firm. This is a Monday to Friday role with usual hours being 7am to 3.30pm

The Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef and prepare breakfast and lunches on a daily basis for up to 150. You will also prepare buffets, Canape's, sandwiches and cover occasional events.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic chef who wants to progress their career. The role is vacant due to internal promotion and the GM is very keen to train and develop the next Sous Chef in the role

The Sous Chef will need to have worked in a hospitality kitchen operation and we will consider Senior Chef De Partie's looking to step up in their career as well.
