Job Role - Sous Chef
Location - Hertfordshire
Sector: Contract Catering
Salary - £25,000- £27,000k

I have a great opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to take on an exciting role that has the potential step up to a Head Chef role in the future

The Sous Chef Chef will support the Head Chef at this site that caters for staff dining and also has a hospitality offering as well. You will lead a team of around 6 in the kitchen and be a strong character.

The Sous chef will be responsible helping write menu's and development of the kitchen. This is a very busy operation so you will need to have experience of high volume cooking.

The usual offerings of Deli Bar, Grab and Go, breakfasts and busy lunch service will all be part of your duties as well as motivating and leading your team.

With more sites opening in the area as well we are looking for a Sous Chef that has the ambition and motivation to step up and potentially take on a more senior role
