Salary - £25k - £27k + service charge
5 out of 7 days - rota basis

Off To Work is partnering with a great client in the hotel sector in their search for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join their team.

We are currently recruiting for a Strong Sous Chef for this lovely 4-star hotel in Central Edinburgh. This is a very busy hotel operation catering for large scale functions, events and a busy restaurant so you will need be well organised and able to cook for large volumes but to an exacting standard.

As a Sous Chef you will report directly to the Head Chef and help support the day to day running of the kitchen. This is a very hands on role so you will need to lead from the front and support the junior chefs in their role as well.

The ideal Sous Chef must be able to demonstrate a good work history, a passion for working with fresh produce and previous experience working in 4* or 5* hotels or high-end rosette level restaurants.
