We have a great opportunity for an experienced and motivated Hospitality Sous Chef based within an In House Catering Operation in Central London.

The Sous Chef will be expected to work some Evenings will be required and occasional Saturdays. Core shifts will be 7am to 2.30pm and you will have the chance to have anything from 5-20 hours overtime.
The Hospitality Sous Chef will be responsible for all the ordering for the kitchen as well as be involved with Menu Design and compilation. We are looking for a Chef from ideally a Contract Catering background who is experienced in a Hospitality and Fine Dining Kitchen who has also experience of running events.
From day to day conferencing to buffets, bowl foods, mezze plates and canapes to sit down dinners. The Hospitality Sous Chef is also expected to support the day to day trading, plus be in charge of all the due diligence that comes with the position such as HACCP, opening and closing and helping the senior chefs and supervising junior staff members
