We have a great opportunity for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef based in an International Law firm. The Sous Chef will take on and run the Hospitality and Fine Dining kitchen with support from the Head Chef and also CDP.
The daily responsibilities of the Sous Chef will be mainly: Working lunches, Fine dining, Conferences and Evening events. This is a Monday to Friday role but occasional evenings would be required. Each event is paid at overtime rate of £100 per event.
A strong contract catering background coupled with some high end restaurant experience would be ideal, however if you are a Sous Chef and have cooked at Rosette Level or Michelin level and want a more settled work life balance this would also be suitable.
The Sous Chef will need to be a self motivator and have very high standards to impress all clients and directors. You must have a knowledge of the classic dishes as well as be up to date with current food trends and be able to write menu's that impress!
