Job Role - Sous Chef - Hospitality and Events
Location - Central London
Sector: Contract Catering
Salary - £32,000 - £35,000 Depending on Experience


We are looking for a Strong Sous Chef for this lovely site in Central London. This is a very busy operation with large size functions and events so the Sous Chef will need experience in dealing with nigh volume numbers.

The role will me mainly Monday to Friday with daytime hours, you must be flexible as some evenings and weekends will be required. The venue closes in August and at Christmas as well.

The ideal chef will currently be a Sous Chef wanting a new challenge or move away from Hotel or Restaurant hours and work mainly Monday to Friday.

This is a very hands on role so you will need to lead from the front and support Junior chefs int he role as well
