Job Role: Sous Chef in Fine Dining

Location - London City

Sector: Contract Catering

Salary: £30,000-34,000 Monday to Friday + Paid Overtime

We are looking for a Sous Chef to work in this prestigious Fine Dining Kitchen within a Contract Catering kitchen. This is a Monday to Friday role with some evening events and dinners

The Sous Chef position has been made available following the promotion of the previous chef to a senior role within the company. You should have the same drive and motivation to want to progress and develop your skills within a high end kitchen,

This Sous Chef Role would suit someone from a Fine Dining background with experience gained in Rosette Level Restaurants or someone who has trained under Michelin level chefs. Alternatively you would be in a Fine dining kitchen at present within Contract Catering and be looking for a new challenge

Alternatively you would be a Senior Chef de Partie wanting to take the next step in their career to Sous Chef. A fine dining background is vital so you understand latest cooking techniques and what is hot at the moment in the culinary world.
