Job Role: Sous Chef
Location - City
Sector: Contract Catering
Salary: £28,000-£30000 plus paid overtime available

We are looking for a strong Sous Chef for this prestigious Contract Catering company based in Central London. This role is for the hospitality kitchen.

Core hours for the Sous Chef are Monday to Friday from 7.00am to 3,30pm and some evenings would be required for events and dinners. This company has a great ethos and empathsis on high level cooking. Great chance of internal progression and the company places a great importance of work life balance.

The Sous Chef needs to be very confident in all sections in the kitchen to support junior chefs and lead and motivate the team. Ideally you will have gained experience in a hospitality operation within contract catering or high end restaurant.

This is a very busy operation and you must be very well organised as this is a high volume operation as well. Experience in a busy Contract Catering site is preferable as well as cooking for large numbers at Sous Chef level
