We are looking for a strong Sous Chef to work in this prestigious operation based in Central London. This role is a mix of retail and hospitality work as both functions come out of the same kitchen
Core hours for the role are Monday to Friday from 7am to 4.00pm and some evenings would be required, some if this is paid at overtime rates as well.
The Sous Chef needs to be very confident in all sections in the kitchen to support junior chefs and lead and motivate the team. Ideally you will have gained experience in a Staff Dining / Retail Kitchen environment and well as a hospitality / high end restaurant kitchen.
This is a very busy operation and you will work in a team of around 8 chefs and you must be very well organised as this is a high volume operation as well.
This is a very busy site and will be used as a flagship kitchen for the company so you will need to be able to cook to very high standards and have great attention to detail.
