Job Role - Senior Sous Chef
Location - Central London
Sector - Contract Catering
Salary - £30,000 - £32,000

This role is due to start in Jan/Feb 2019 and we are holding interviews immediately for this role!

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced and motivated Senior Sous Chef! This is taking on one of the catering companies Flag Ship sites in Central London

This is a role that will encompass both the Fine Dining operation as well as a busy staff dining operation. The Senior Sous Chef will support the Exec Chef very closely and should also be able to demonstrate a work history covering both area's in the kitchen as you will lead and support the team

The Senior Sous Chef will need experience of leading a kitchen team and ideally have Contract Catering experience but other relevant backgrounds will be considered.

The Senior Sous Chef will work in a team of around 8-10 chefs and cater for around 2000 on site on a daily basis. This location comprises of a coffee bar, deli bar, live cooking stations, salad bar, grab and go stations as well as around 20 meeting rooms as well as fine dining.
