Job Role: Senior Chef de Partie - Street Food
Location - Canary Wharf
Sector: Contract Catering
Salary: £26,000 / 37.5 Hour Contract


We are looking for a strong Senior Chef de Partie to take on this brand newly created position. This is to develop the Street Food counter in this busy staff restaurant.

You will have authority to develop menu's and concepts and have a CDP working with you. If you love Borough Market / Spitalfields / Kerb / Boxpark and other markets then this could be the role for you.

You will have support of a Marketing team for ideas and to really bring your ideas to life! Counters can be dressed and styled as you wish. The Senior Chef de Partie will lead this section and make it their own

Core hours for the Senior Chef de Partie role are Monday to Friday between 6.30am to 4.30pm on a rota basis. The team does also work Sun-Thu some weeks so flexibility would be required however a Monday to Friday only role is a possibility. The site caters for around 1000-1200 on a daily basis so if you have volume experience that would be beneficial.

The Senior Chef de Partie could be a step up for an ambitious Chef de Partie or for someone in a similar role who is full of creative and innovative ideas. You will need to demonstrate a good understanding of what is trending and popular on the street food scene for this role

Proven Street Food experience will be necessary for this role as you will be given a great degree of autonomy to take the offer to the next level!
