Role: Retail Manager - 3 Month FTC

Salary: £30k Pro Rata

Sector - Contract Catering / Staff Dining

We are looking for an experienced Retail manager who is immediately available for a 3 month fixed term contract with a leading Contract Catering Company. This position offers the opportunity to redesign public dining area's within the retail side of the business. You will be working over 2 sites and take the same idea's and concepts into both restaurants. It will be the responsability of the Retail manager to transform the style and presentation of public area's.

If you have a high street retail or contract catering background this could be a great opportunity for you. We are looking for someone to come in and revamp the staff dining areas, this will include the Visual Displays, Marketing, POS, you will put all the systems and processes in place and then train the team so they are fully up to speed.

The Retail Manager should be a creative individual who has great thoughts and idea's of how to improve and implement changes in a corporate dining area and what would appeal and look professional in a corporate setting. You will be a natural leader with exceptional attention to detail and have the client's dining experience at the forefront of your thoughts.
