Head Waiter/Waitress

Base Salary: £18,540 per year (up to £7,000 of service charge on top)

Hours: 5 out of 7 days, rota basis

Benefits: Overtime paid or taken in lieu, life insurance

Off to Work and our client are recruiting for an excellent Head Waiter/Waitress to join a dynamic, customer service focused team in Central London. The role will be based within a boutique, sophisticated Hotel, providing a comfortable and personal experience to every guest. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Hotel or Restaurant industry, with experience in constant guest relations and reacting fast to the customer's needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a current Head Waiter/Waitress who has experience leading a team and allocating duties throughout a shift. The ideal candidate will need to have experience running a shift and maintaining standards at all times. Although the role will be based within the Restaurant, the candidate must be flexible working in other areas of the Hotel including room service and mini bar. Wine and spirit knowledge are also required, as well as good knowledge on food and allergens and payment handling.
