Operating 7 days a week, working 5 out of 7

40 hours + Paid overtime

Off to Work and our client are currently recruiting for an exceptional Hospitality Manager to join a busy and vibrant team in the Leicester area. The role will be to oversee logistics and delivery of all catering and hospitality operations on site. The venue in a large, established sporting venue in the heart of Leicester with a large footfall so experience within a similar environment at management level is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- As the Hospitality Manager, you will be assisting with busy event days and also conference and meeting facilities, up to 800 delegates. The site has seven event suites and 25 boxes and retails unit that the Hospitality Manager will be in charge of.

- Maintains a close/professional relationship with the clients to ensure their hospitality requirements and standards are being met and exceeded.

- Responsible for the continual training of employees and upholding excellent standards of service and presentation.

- Coordination of product planning and delivery, with involvement in menu development and all aspects of food and drinks service onsite.
