Hospitality Manager

Contract Catering - B & I sector

Salary up to £30,000 DOE

Monday to Friday

40 hours / week + Paid overtime

Off to Work are currently supporting the market leading B&I contract caterer in the recruitment of an experienced hospitality manager for one of their most prestigious, high end contracts.

Our client already has a strong high profile corporate dining footprint and need a Hospitality Manager seeking a career building opportunity within the blue chip corporate dining sector. With extremely high standards and expectations, this is the perfect role for a candidate with experience in B&I operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• As the Hospitality Manager of this operation, thee is 25 meeting rooms, fine dining, busy day to day hospitality and events, you will be totally autonomous in managing your team and most importantly, providing clients and customers with a quality experience.
• Management of all aspects of a high end offer of bespoke catering in regard to events and PDR service and control of the account in terms of costs, ordering, staffing levels and standards.
• Maintains a close/professional relationship with the clients to ensure their hospitality requirements / standards are being met and exceeded.
• Responsible for the continual training of employees and upholding excellent standards of service and presentation.
• Support the efficient running of a contract in line with contractual requirements.

Ideal candidate

• As a Hospitality Manager you will have significant and similar experience within contract Catering B& I Sector with Fine Dining knowledge.
• You will be efficient, detailed and highly productive individual with a proactive and flexible approach to workload.
• Used to operating a busy event diary, well- versed at account managing and liaising directly with clients.

• Excellent attention to detail, calm under pressure and resilient in meeting new challenges.
• Have a flexible approach to ensure to service is covered at all times required and the ability to meet the clients' high demands to tight time frames.
