Hospitality Manager - Monday to Friday -

Our client is an independent and enterprising food service company.

We are looking for an amazing and entrepreneurial character to drive their growth and quality development within a blue-chip contract.
Our client already has a strong high profile corporate dining footprint and need a Hospitality Operation Manager seeking a career building opportunity within the blue chip corporate dining sector.

The role:
To be responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the hospitality service, to delegate control and co-ordinate staff duties for each function and to ensure the functions are run according to the staff rotas and daily work schedules.
Maintains a close/professional relationship with the client to ensure her hospitality requirements / standards are being met.
Responsible for the continual training of employees and upholding excellent standards of service and presentation.
Works with chefs and other personnel to plan menus that are flavourful and popular with corporate clientele.

The ideal candidate:
A hands-on role, this candidate must have excellent attention to detail and be a strong communicator with a passion for customer service.
Has knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene guidelines.
We are looking for candidates with experience in a similar environment that can think creatively on their feet while confidently and effectively managing all dimensions of the business.
Experience in managing a fast-paced high-volume site, with strong communication and people management skills.
Commercially savvy with a thorough knowledge, understanding of and working with budgets and staff scheduling to drive revenue.
Experience in training and successfully developing a team.
Excellent attention to detail, calm under pressure and resilient in meeting new challenges.

They will serve fresh, amazing food to one of the coolest workplaces in London. The unit is Monday - Friday, although some flexibility may be required
