I have a great Head Chef opportunity within this Contract Catering company based in a retail kitchen in Birmingham. This is a lovely site and benefits from being a new fully equipped brand new kitchen

The Head Chef will work Monday to Friday with core hours being 7.00am to 3.30pm and no evenings or weekends will be required!

The Head Chef will be in charge of staff dining and be responsible for a team of 8. Offers will include: Chefs Table, Street Food, Deli Bar Grab and Go and also Rotisserie.

This contract catering site will be cooking for around 1200-1500 per day so volume experience is essential for the Head Chef taking this on. You must also be financially astute and have experience in Budgeting / Costing / GP and be up to date with current food trends.
