Job Role: Head Chef

I have a great Head Chef opportunity available with a leading Educational Site based in central London. This role covers all outlets and hospitality and you will cater for around 1000 during breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant.

Benefits -

• £46-£50k basic salary
• Mainly Monday to Friday with some Weekends and evenings as required
• 35 Hour contract with overtime taken in Lieu
• 42 days holiday per year!!

This role is to drive the kitchen forward and raise standards and quality. Supported by a very strong Senior Sous Chef you will lead and develop the kitchen team and design menu's and offerings.

The Head Chef will look after a number of outlets as well both on and off site. There is also a hospitality element with buffets, functions and sit down dinners all happening through the year,

We are looking for a proven Head Chef who has experience in training and developing teams, full responsible for all the financial aspects of the kitchen, Strong in menu design and has knowledge of world cuisines.

Ideally the Head Chef will have gained experience in an Educational environment before so you understand the processes and protocol that goes with this. If you have multi-site experience as well this would be beneficial as well.
