Off to Work are assisting in the recruitment of an experienced operator for a market leading, national contract caterer operating in the B&I sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's most established fresh foods companies with an excellent reputation for bringing innovative catering solutions to a wide range of prestigious venues. As a company they are passionately food led and believe in offering the highest levels of customer service to their clients.

This venue is home to 2000 employees and is the company's global headquarters. Comprising fine dining, director's suites, employee dining, retail and commercial conferencing facilities this is a large operation with turnover of circa £3 million.

In addition to overseeing all F&B you will be tasked with driving development and expansion of what is a hugely exciting operation. Our client has stressed the need for only established senior operators with proven experience WITHIN CORPORATE CONTRACT CATERING only.

A genuine understanding of modern innovative food concepts and excellent levels of service goes without saying.

This will also need to be accompanied by a proven history of driving financial growth within an established food-service business. With the requirement of accomplished leadership skills, you will successfully inspire, guide and develop the team within this contract.
