Food & Beverage Supervisor

Central London

Salary: £22880

Hours: 40 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days

Off to Work and our client are recruiting for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join a vibrant team based in a Members Club in Central London. The site offers accommodation and dining and hosts a range of corporate events and weddings. The role will be located within the site's food and beverage outlets.
My client is dedicated to delivering the highest quality food, customer service and experience. We are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor who is passionate about hospitality and guest relations, has excellent supervisory experience and thrives on a busy environment.

Role Responsibility:

- As an experienced F&B Supervisor, you will be assisting the F&B management team to create a smooth running operation and provide an excellent service at all times
- Oversee the training of the F&B team and make sure they are representing the company to the best possible standard
- To ensure member satisfaction and pro-actively ensuring standards are met
- To deal with customer complaints in an efficient and timely manner
- Build positive relationships with members and also all departments within the Club

The ideal candidate:

- Have proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor within a Members Club, Hotel or Corporate environment
- Will be able to delegate tasks and duties to the team, monitoring their performance and ensuring that feedback is given to the members of the team as appropriate
- To lead and motivate the team to get the best performance through appraisals and training
- Be aware of financial targets and communicating this with the team
- To have flexibility within your working hours
- You will be a team player with excellent standards of personal presentation and a "can do attitude".
