Job Role - Executive Head Chef
Location - Central London
Sector - Contract Catering
Salary - £45,000 - £47,000

This role is due to start in Jan/Feb 2019 and we are holding interviews immediately for this role!

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced and motivated Executive Head Chef! This is taking on one of the catering companies Flag Ship sites in Central London

This is a role that will encompass both the Fine Dining operation as well as a busy staff dining operation. The Executive Head Chef should be able to demonstrate a work history covering both area's in the kitchen as you will lead and support the team

You will need to be a strong manager and lead and develop the team in place, you will lead by example and be a strong motivator to get the best out of the kitchen team in a very operation. The Executive Head Chef need to be up to date with all current food trends and have idea's of how to take the unit forward through innovation and new menu implementation.

The Executive Head Chef will lead a team of around 8-10 chefs and cater for around 2000 on site on a daily basis. This location comprises of a coffee bar, deli bar, live cooking stations, salad bar, grab and go stations as well as around 20 meeting rooms as well as fine dining.
