Events Manager

Multiple venues within Central London

Salary : £35,000.00 + bonus

5 / 7 days week

Our client is a global high-end business with a highly successful collection of funky venues and attractions within London and they are looking for an experienced Events Manager to overseeing all operational duties, ensuring excellence in all areas.

A great opportunity for an experienced enthusiastic and passionate Events Manager who's looking for their next challenge and wants to be part of a dynamic and passionate team.

This is a very operational and planning hands on role where you will plan and operate events across all their venues and required a true professional with excellent organisation skills and great leadership.

The role:

• Overseeing an extensive and busy events department, arranging all the final details for each event, meeting and greeting clients, liaising with other departments to ensure success at all times.
• To inspire exceptional service to the clients and guests; and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain a strong relationship with client during coordination, execution and evaluation stages of services.
• Operational & team management and responsible for the continual training of employees and upholding excellent standards of service.
• Prepare accurate costings for functions and manage labour and overhead costs to deliver on budgets.

The ideal Events Manager:

Previous experience in a similar role with large Event Venues or Event Caterers is necesasary

• Have a strong background in driving and delivering multi events.
• The ability to build and lead an effective team through great leadership.
• Motivated by a passion for quality, targets and great service delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills.
• A 'Can-do', enthusiastic attitude.
• Above all you will have the passion for service, food and events!
